Returns & Exchanges

  • We cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

  • Natural Infusions is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

  • In case of any quality issue or problem with the product, we will exchange the item.

  • Exchange will only be accepted if:

    • Products are in a saleable condition

    • Original receipt/tags are intact

    • Products are in original packaging and undamaged

  • All return/exchange requests will be checked and vetted by our team.

  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application are not covered.


Refunds

  • No refund will be made once goods are sold.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are also non-refundable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–21 business days once approved.


Conditions for Return Eligibility (within 7 days of delivery)

A product may be eligible for return if it meets any of the following:

  • Delivered in a physically damaged condition

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Product packaging not opened and product not used
